The cuisine from La Loggia is the result of long experience, which combines a deep love for the kitchen of our Chef Franco Carnevale, for over twenty years at the helm of the most famous Tuscan cuisines, with different experiences abroad and a lot of creativity of our young chef.
The best raw materials are selected daily by our chefs personally, always trying to offer you the best.
All our dishes are prepared "at the moment" and created with the ingredients of each season, taking care to the new food and nutritional needs.
The ice creams are homemade by our pastry chef and will surprise you with special flavors such as Parmesan cheese, Chianti, Dates and many others.
We are always looking for innovative dishes, however, associated with traditional flavors of the region, without neglecting the quality.
And this is our "mix" of every dish created with great care and passion for you.
